1. Booking
All bookings with RW Cruises Pte. Ltd. are governed by the Booking Terms & Conditions, Supplemental Terms & Conditions, Passage Contract, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.
By making a booking, guests agree to all applicable terms.
Cruise fares are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) or US Dollars (USD), depending on the booking country.
Full payment is required before the sailing date.
2. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the cruise completion date.
Guests are responsible for obtaining:
Valid passports
Required visas
Health or vaccination documents (if applicable)
No refund will be provided if boarding is denied due to incomplete travel documentation or failure to meet immigration requirements.
3. Booking Amendments
An administration fee of SGD 30 / USD 20 per person, per amendment applies after ticket issuance for:
Partial name changes
Passenger swaps between cabins
The following requests are treated as cancellations:
Changing all guest names in a cabin
Changing the sailing date
Downgrading the cabin category
Amendment requests received 4 calendar days or less before departure
All amendment requests must be submitted through RW Cruises or the booking travel agent and become effective only after payment of the applicable amendment fee.
4. Cruise Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges are based on the number of days before departure:

Additional notes:
Bookings made through travel agents may be subject to separate cancellation policies for additional services.
Cancellation requests must be confirmed by RW Cruises to be valid.
Refunds (after applicable deductions) will be processed to the original payment method or through the travel agent.
Non-refundable promotional fares and peak sailings are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
5. Single Traveller Policy
Guests occupying a cabin alone are generally charged a 200% single supplement based on the twin-sharing cabin fare, unless otherwise specified.
6. Additional Cabins
Requests to add cabins are subject to availability and prevailing cruise fares.
7. Additional Passengers
Adding extra guests after booking is subject to cabin availability and current pricing.
8. Infant & Minor Policy
Minimum sailing age: 6 months.
Infants (under 2 years):
Must travel with at least two adults (18 years or older).
Infant rates apply.
Guests under 18 years must stay in the same or an adjoining cabin with an adult aged 18 years or above.
9. Pregnancy Policy
Guests who are 24 weeks pregnant or more at any point during the cruise will not be permitted to sail.
All expectant mothers, regardless of pregnancy stage, must present a doctor's certificate confirming:
Gestational age
Fitness to travel
10. Right to Refuse Boarding
RW Cruises may deny boarding without refund if:
A guest has an undisclosed medical condition.
A guest has a contagious or infectious illness (including COVID-19).
A guest's condition may affect the safety of others.
Government authorities deny the guest permission to enter a destination.
11. Liability
Services such as transportation, accommodation, meals and entertainment may be provided by independent suppliers.
RW Cruises is not responsible for losses or damages caused by third-party providers, except where required by law due to gross negligence.
RW Cruises is not liable for delays, cancellations or disruptions caused by force majeure events.
Only written statements issued by authorized senior management are legally binding.
12. Right to Modify Cruise
RW Cruises reserves the right to:
Change or cancel itineraries or ports of call
Adjust cruise programmes
Revise cruise prices
Impose fuel or other operational surcharges
Make changes without prior notice where necessary
13. Changes to Terms
RW Cruises may amend these Booking Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
14. Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Medical expenses
Quarantine costs
Emergency evacuation and repatriation
COVID-19-related medical treatment and travel disruptions
15. Health Declaration
By booking the cruise, guests confirm that:
They are medically fit to travel.
They understand the health risks associated with cruising.
They agree to comply with all onboard health, safety and conduct policies issued by RW Cruises.
16. Governing Law
These Booking Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
