Red Square, Russia’s largest and most famous square since the 1490s, features landmarks like Lenin’s Mausoleum and has a rich history of military parades and preserved architecture such as GUM and St. Basil’s Cathedral. At 15:00, enjoy the “Sparing over Russia” virtual tour at Zaryadie Park, flying over stunning sites like the Manpupuner pillars, Lena Pillars Nature Park, Sayano-Shushenskaya dam, Valley of Geysers, Sochi, and Volgograd. Then at 16:30, visit the elegant GUM department store on Red Square, touring its historic arcades and learning about its transformation from a Soviet state store to a luxury shopping destination, with time for shopping or dining while enjoying views of the Kremlin and St. Basil’s Cathedral. Finally, transfer back to the hotel for overnight.
